Building Japan's leading online supermarket platform in a small, distributed team. Lead backend and Flutter development on GCP. Designed and implemented the ranking feature (client and backend) — API design, data modeling, client integration — meeting strict latency and reliability requirements. Redesigned the architecture and Firestore schema to significantly cut latency, shipping safely behind feature flags. Drove projects through to release and established code-review and testing practices.

Led, as PdM, a B2B platform that lets customers manage their own advertising. Mainly server-side with Golang, plus React (TypeScript) on the front end as needed.

Renewed the iOS app with one designer. Created new revenue points and contributed to a 10% increase in overall MAU.

Built a survey feature as a revenue source beyond lead generation — a new revenue pillar, also used for research and surveys to improve lead quality.

Systematized the email-marketing program that accounted for 90% of revenue, and received company recognition.

Transferred to Visional Incubation after the holding-company restructure. Built the B2B web product of a cloud-service matching platform for SMB owners (300k+ members) with Go and React (TypeScript), from requirements to implementation.

Declared I wanted the most chaotic environment in the company, and was the only one in my cohort assigned to a new-business unit, BizHint.
